While my doctor was wonderful, his office staff especially his assisant were terrible. She is rude and does not speak highly of the doctor she works for. They are slow with calling you back and if they do they are short with you as if you are bothering them or something. As a healthcare professional myself, this would NEVER be tolerated at my present hospital that I work for nor the previous one, this would lead to dismissal. Whatever happened to treating people with respect and dignity anyway. Dr. Brader needs to re-evaluate his office staff. I love the doctor and the hospital staff but the support staff leaves alot to be desired.

All of the staff were wonderful and very nice. Atmosphere was quiet and when you needed them they responded quickly. Would definitely recommend them to someone interested in the surgery.

Wher do I begin. Form the moment I walked through their doors I loved it.I knew I was in good hands.They made me and my family feel blessed that I made the right choice to have my surgery here.We loved everyone.
