Barix provides excellent support from the initial pre-op consultation through post-op support groups. With its focus on bariatric patients, Barix surgeons and nurses are uniquely qualified to address the needs of obese patients. I received excellent guidance from my surgeon, and regularly took part in support group meetings. I would heartily recommend Barix Clinics to anyone exploring the options for bariatric surgery.

I had excellent care at Barix and can't say enough good about my surgeon, the nurses, and the aides!! Everyone works together so well that Barix runs like a well-oiled machine. Being in a smaller facility, I feel that I got much more personalized attention; I was treated like a person, not like a number. I'm so glad I chose to go to Barix!!!

Barix is well equipped to handle obese people, you never feel too large for the furniture or the gowns or even the parking spaces. Wonderful pace and people. They know what they are doing.

The staff are gems! The hospital is immaculate and in many ways doesn't FEEL hospital-like (no hospital smell!). It felt like the whole environment was built to promote success in recovery.
