I think they did a wonderful job with me, I was very spoiled because they had only been open for 1 month, I was patient number 22, and they were only doing surgeries on Monday's and I was #3 of 3. Even still, I think they did a wonderful job.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone. The surgeon was great and the staff went out of their way to take care of all patient needs or requests. I highly recommend this hospital.

staff and everything is wonderful support group 2nd tuesday of the month my pre admission tests happened on 2-19-03, they did everything right there which i liked. i rate their staff a 10++++. everyone at the btc was wonderful. i didn't feel that i was a burden. they helped with EVERYTHING. i can't say enough praises about them.

This hospital has gone beyond my expectations. My last day the president of the hospital took the time to visit me and ask if my stay was comfortable and if there was anything that he could do. My conversation with him didn't seem rushed or rehearsed. I felt he really cared about my comfort. The nurse manager (Marge) greeted me everyday with a hug and to see to my comfort. The nuses were all awesome taking care of the little things you're too embarrassed to mention. Respiratory and X-ray technician went the extra mild with adding moisture to your lips and helping up in bed. The place was just too perfect for words. The first time I didn't feel like an outcast or a bother.

I met the best group of professionals ever. Everyone from the preop nurse to the recovery room team came up to say hi. They did everything possible, including getting me sanitary napkins (Something came very early this month) and they sent me flowers!
I would recomend this hospital to anyone interested in wls!
