Barix Clinics Hospital

Terrific, found that the staff was very very pleasant, responsive, informative and gently prodding, when you needed to get up to walk, they found a way to get you up to walk. LOL....I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend them to anyone looking for this surgery!

the hospital is a fantastic building. i think the staff is becoming overworked a bit. its beginning to show in their willingness to be helpful.

Barix Clinics specializes in Bariatric Surgery only and because of that, they are extemely capable and geared to dealing with obese patients and their special needs.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful from my first consultation through the surgical procedure and even now that I am post-op.

The reason I rated the restfully quiet question as good instead of excellent really has more to do with what the hospital did right, not what was wrong. Because the Barix clinic is so patient focused, they wake the patients up every two hours to do the Incentive Spirometry and deep breathing. The patients also walk every four hours from the time they leave recovery room until they leave to go home. This is why complications are so low and patients get better so quickly at the Barix Clinic. I am very pleased with my surgical experience.

I would recommend Barix to anyone. I coulnd't have received better care anywhere else.

The whole experience was a pleasant one from consultation to discharge the entire staff treated me with compassion, caring and expertise. From the top administrator to the cleaning staff everyone made me feel at home. It could not have been better.

What can I say. If your close enough to get to a Barix center why would you not go to the experts.
