Didn't blow it to bad. Maintain my weight. Good start this morning. Stayed away from carbs for breakfast. Will continue to stay away from processed carbs. Need to remained focused and get to goal!

OK: totally blew it today. Did not keep track of any thing. Started with baby shower today and eating ice cream cake. And I haven't stopped eating since. Tomorrow is a new day! Then back on track! Again!

160.2 this morning. Harder to stay on track. Will continue to stay away from processed carbs. Got to stay positive! Going to be a very hot day today so probably will not walk today. Morning will be very busy.

Walked an other mile with Paul today. Cal count still good. Lets see what I do in the morning. I will be a week into my getting back on track tomorrow. Need to stay on track. Night head hunger is still a problem with me. Have to find a way to get around this problem. Will check back in the morning.

Weight this morning 160.6. Thought I would be up today because of eating out yesterday. Although I did behave at the restaurant and had a turkey wrap with bacon. Going to the zoo today with Pam and the kids. Will probably walk a lot. Will try to keep on track and stay away from carbs again today. Will check in later.

Up .4 lb this morning. Had no bm x 2 days. Staying on track. Moms birthday today. probably will have a small piece of cake today but will stay away from other processed carbs. Had a good day yesterday. Will try to walk later today.

This morning I'm at 160.8. Walked about 2 miles yesterday. Cal count continues under 1200. Plan to stay busy at night to keep the night hunger away. Still staying away from carbs. Going to a pic-nic today. Hope to stay reigned in. Post later today to see how I did.

This mornings weight was 161.6! Down 4.4 lbs! Need to stay on track. The food log seem to help me the most. Gotta continue with this. Will try to walk again today.

Was able to walk 2 miles with Paul. Cal count still around 1100. Again having a hard time with night eating. Had a slim fast to curb the hunger. Resolve still hanging in. We'll see how I fair with morning weigh in.
