I cant believe its 8 months after surgery. I cant believe how far I have come form my 226 lbs. I'm 9.5 lbs below my goal weight.. When I set my goal weight at 150 lbs I knew I would be happy to maintain my weight there. My surgen said I would lose weight for one year after surgery. Maybe I should reset my goad at 135 lbs. I'll think about it for a little while.
