Back Again

Shame on me.  I let myself go.  Yesterday I got on the scale and my weight went up to 175.  I said I would not get to where I am now ever again, and here I am.  I going to try to find my pouch again.  Last night I went to bed hungry, but I refused to eat!  Now  I have to try to get back to where I need to be.  I will not be as strict as I was the last time I tryed.  That I think was my downfall.  I will watch my portions and stay away from the cookies and candy! I will stop eating when I feel full and will not  let anyone else influence me again!  In the morning I am always full of resolve,  I need to feel the resolve the rest of the day.  Now on with my day.

Yesterday was not a good day,  Maintained 161.4  Off to see the Doc this morning.  Hoping to show a decient weight loss.  Back on track today.  Still hoping to loose a least a few more lbs befor the cruise.

Maintained for the fourth day in a row.  I know I have not been very good with staying away from processed carbs.  Need to do better today eventhough I had blueberry pancakes this morning for breakfast with one slice of bacon.  Try not to eat until diner.  Its Laura's birthday today and I will be making diner for her.  Cake?   Maybe.

Anniversary

Nice day yesterday.  Enjoyed he quite, Really watched the food intake during the day then pigged out for our diner.  Ate nearly 1000 cals for diner.  Butter steak and all.  Now it's back to the grind stone.  Only two weeks till cruise time.  Need to lose or try to lose 5 more lbs befor then.  Will I make it?

Fainally broke 160 this morning.  Scale read 159.6.  Less than 10 lbs to go to  reach 150, which is my goal weight to maintain for the rest of my life!  Looking forward to my cruise and some warm weather to boost the spirits and break the winter blues.  Tomorrow is our 38th anniversary!

Maintain my weight today 160.2 yesterday and today.  Keep it up.  Cruise in two weeks, need to loose 5 more pounds before we cruise so if I gain weight over the cruise it will be easily to take off.  I hope.  Doctors next friday, we'll see what i'm down to then.  Patting myself on the back for sticking to it!

Down to 161 this morning.  Was 162.2 a couple of days.  I dont know why the weight gain.  Made up for it though.  Only 11more lbs to go to reach goal of 150.  Hoping to get there befor my appointment in March with my surgon.  Still watching the carb intake.  Seems to be working well for me.  The last couple of days were really nice so Paul and I walked.  Nice to get out of the house in mid february.  So I'll keep on as I'm doing for now, since its working well for me.  Night snaking seems to be in better control, although last night I wanted to snake like crazy.  Had a slice of ham instead of garbage.

Yeah!  Down 10.2 lbs since I started last month.  11.8 lbs to go to reach my goal of 150.  Every day it get a little easier for me to ignore the processed carbs.  Had egg noodles yesterday with diner.  I could feel the hunger a few hours after diner and I wanted to eat again.  Best thing is to try to stay away from them at the evening meal.

Down to 163.2.   Really watched it yesterday.  Hoping to have a good day today also!   Watched my 600 lbs life yesterday.  Glad I never got that big and I never will.
