Weight this morning 169.4. Down from 170.8 yesterday. Have to stop eating after 7pm. That is my downfall! Trying to do better. Picture of my fattest self on fridge to remind me of where I don't want to go again.

OK just got back from having breakfast with the family. Now I have to leave in one hour to have lunch with a friend! Sigh! Will start back on track tomorrow.

A weight again

Back again. Frustrated with my self. Eating to much again! I'm eating when I'm not hungry. Need to feed my inner soul and not my inner body! 164.8 this monrning. Gained almost 5 lbs being reckless. Need to stop. Want to start writing my food intake again. Will start on Monday. Going out to lunch tomorrow. Salad? Maybe. Back to the drawing board!

Its been a very emotional week for me. Had a very difficult time staying on track. Emotional eating took over and I'm up to 161.6 today. Didn't track my intake. Need to get back on track today.

Up .6 lb this morning. Don't know why. Will keep on trucking. Staying away from processed carbs. Need to loose 4 more lbs before I call my surgeon for my annual check up. I'll not go back with a weight gain! Hope tomorrow will be better!

Started the day at 160 lbs. Down 6 lbs since I started last week! Busy day with Pam and the kids today. Stayed on track. Didnt walk today. Hoping tomorrow will be just as good.
