This morning I stepped on the scale and was down .8. Yeah! weight is 164. I was hoping to break the 164 mark this morning. But I wont be discouraged. I keep up the good fight and get down to my goal!

Maintain

Well this is the fourth day in a row that I maintain my weight even though I've watched my intake. I need to be careful. I need to continue to watch my intake and maybe increase my activity. It's hard to be active in this very cold weather. I guess that is just an excuse. Will try to be good. I need motivation.!

Feeling like i want to go to the fridge and eat something. Just ate a tangerine. Sould be enough. I think I'll just go to bed and not think about it. Maintained my weight this morning. I hope i'm down in the morning. I just looked at my pictures on my down ward weight lost after surgery. It seems like a long time ago that I had the surgery. I remember how happy I was losing the weight and how good I felt. Now I am back on that journey. The big difference is that before I felt no hunger. Now I feel hunger. I have to get over that feeling.

Did really well yesterday. Only had the chicken off the pasta yesterday. and only had a very thin slice of icecream cake for Maggies party! Down to 164.8 today! Feeling very good this morning. Mary called yesterday and wanted to sign up to hike the Applician Trail! Well, we'll see about that one. Great day with Maggie yesterday. Did a lot of painting gluing and having fun for her birthday. Will check in tomorrow.

Good couple of days. down to 166 this morning. Liking what the scale is telling me. Out to lunch today. Going to try to keep it low. Light breakfast this morning the light diner tonight.

Had a good day yesterday after a bad day on Saturday. Down to 167 this morning. Didnt track food yesterday because of my bad day on Saturday. I should have. Will track today. Still having night time cravings. Have to find a way to get past them. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

Day one went well. Night time eating still a problem, however i ate protien instead of carbs. Kept calories at 100. Going to lunch with Kim. Need to be careful.
