Wausau Hospital Hospital

Very clean. I worked for 5 years in housekeeping at the hospital in my town. Cleanliness was the first thing I looked at.

It's over all care is exceptional and doctors are very qualified with excellent care.

Everything was wonderful. The nursing staff had a smile and helped a lot. Explained things when I had questions. Thank you Wausau Aspirus.

I was very pleased with my experience there. I have nothing negative to say about the hospital, nursing staff, and all who came in contact with me. Everyone was upbeat and pleasant.

I was happy with the over all experience. My first day there, the bed was WAY too short. Like I slept with my legs bowed out. It was terribly uncomfortable. No one said anything about it. Finally my dad figured out how to move out the footboard. I didn't like having to share a bathroom, especially when we had to keep track of our urine output and whenever the toilet flushed it woke me up. The rooms were small but visitors were welcome. The nurses and CNAs were GREAT. It was often hard to walk in the halls because the were crowded with computer stands and other equipment.

I wasn't happy at all with the service or action of the nurses there. there was 1 good nurse she lookied like Sally Field.I have heard the Hospital has improved since I was there. That the bariatric set up is 100% better and the nurses know much more about your needs then when I was there so thats sounds great .I had a frighting experiance there.

The nursing staff was absolutely wonderful. What they need to work on is getting a different television channel changer system---and add more channels. You turn the TV on with this clicker that is hanging on your bed, and you then can only go forward through the limited channels that they offer. I guess I'm spoiled at home, but I was more frustrated with that than anything else. I'm sure this was a big deal to me because I was in the hospital for a week due to a blood clot, so it wasn't like I was out of it or sleeping alot of the time. It also would be nice if they would get some sort of internet connection in the room.

My hospital stay was great, they had a wonderful staff, everyone was very helpful.

if i had to go to a hospitali like to to be that one the are verry nice and the care was great.

The hospital was great, had one bad experience with one CNA, but all other staff was excellent, hospital was excellent. Incident was reported to other staff and taken care of immediately.
