i suppose that no hospital is perfect but on 2 different occasions i have been in the vip unit and never felt more pampered! it was because of breast cancer surgery the first time, and just luck the 2nd time ...that was the only room left that had a heart monitor available! i was a little concerned about where they were going to put me because my mom had open heart surg. a year ago and she found out that her entire room was infested with mites that were eating her alive. the doctors thought she was having an allergic reaction to the anesthesia from surgery.

The nurses aides especially at night were very rude. I was never treated so "uncaring" in any other hospital. I would not go back to this hospital unless was no other choice.

I think the service was very poor .It took a long time for them to get my meds. i was also their for only two day's and not one time did they ask me ,or bring me anything to bath with. The nurses also didn't look like they where happy to be their so I think if I knew all this I would of gone to another hospital.
