My experience there was very good. Only one bad nurse and nurse's aid (both on same shift). The other's were wonderful. From what I've read the bed's could have been more WLS friendly.

The docs were great right down to the transportation people. I even plan to keep in touch with one of my nurses aftersurgery. I aslp had no problem with my 2yr. old son coming to see me. They even gave him popsicle!

They don't call it a world class facility for nothing. Parking is pricey, be prepared. Small overall price to pay.

After surgery your so out of it that when you call for a nurse for more pain medicaiton you want a RN to come and give you more medication NOT a additude. If I had my strengh I would of punched her right in the nose.

Everyone goes home on week-ends. I was supposed to have therapy to prepare for a test on Mon & it never happened.

They have a transportation system to wheel patients to any tests, so I ended up using up my energy hurrying to get there & then waiting.

Cleveland Clinic is a world renowned hospital but the one thing that really irks my hiney is that they charge you for parking even if you are a patient. You may pay hundreds of dollars for office visits, blood work, x-rays, etc and then when you leave they charge you as much as $12-15 dollars for parking. Food in the hospital cafe and snack bars is outrageously priced. My poor husband had to eat at those places while visiting me each day and it was horribly priced.
