my first impression if Dr.Hitchcock was what a warm man he was such a pleasent man.
My impression of him just got better and better.
I love Linda and Angelique actully everyone.
The one thing i have had a issue with was the lady that helps you get approved she is very overworked and not always quick to call you back like weeks.
About Dr. Hitchcock he is a great man his heart is in this this is not just a money maker job for him he is in this to help others and how funny coming from such a thin man. He also is very non judgmental.
THIS PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED BY FOLLOWING UP WITH HIM ONCE A MONTH FOR THREE MONTHS.
RISK OF SURGERY HE LAYED ON THE LINE! HE TOLD ME WHAT CAN HAPPEN HE HELD NOTHING BACK
I WOULD RATE MY DOCTOR AT A 100%
His surgical skills i am sure are great i work in surgery so you know how to weed the bad. He was very upfront with me and follow up he was great always has a smile . like I said his heart is in the right place.

Dr.Hitchcock and Dr. Hoehn are both very nice and extremely helpful. I attended their seminar and Dr. Hoehn was the presenter. I ended up seeing Dr.Hitchcock as my primary surgeon because he was available sooner. Their office staff has been super. I cannot say enough about Nola Beinhoff, the program director. Once she had all of my information, she sent a letter to my insurance company and that helped me get approval.
The program is very structured and I was pleased to meet with a dietician and physical therapist to discuss part of my after care. Dr. Hitchcock stresses that the surgery is a TOOL, not a cure. I still have to do my part.
Dr. Hitchcock had me go for a gallbladder ultrasound, and I also had to get clearance from a cardiologist and a pulminologist before surgery. I am very pleased with the thoroughness of their program and I am looking forward to my surgery on June 30th!

My first impression of Dr. Hitchcock was that he was perfect for me. He had just the right blend of humor/sensitivity/professionalism. I asked many questions and he answered every single one of them. He seems genuinely concerned about the plights of the morbidly obese, and really makes me feel like a person. His office staff is wonderful. Nola, the care coordinator is wonderful. They need about three more of her! She is overworked (probably because I keep faxing her more info) but always a delight to speak with! Dr. Hitchcock will require you to attend a very informative seminar about wls. His preferred methods are open or lap rny. You will fill out an information packet, submit any medical records necessary, and then Nola will submit for insurance approval. Upon approval, you will be set up for all your testing, appointments, etc. Dr. Hitchcock really emphasizes after care. He wants to see you no less than once a month for the first year. He says that is critical to obtaining success statistics and monitoring any and all related problems. Dr. Hitchcock provided all who attended his seminar with a detailed information packet (which coincided with his slide presentation)about all of the risks/benefits of any wls, particularly the procedures he does. He leaves alot of space for you to take notes. My experience with him so far has been top notch. I look forward to going through this with him!

I met Dr. Hitchcock last night at the seminar and I really liked him. He was confident in what he does and seems genuinly concerned about his patients. Dr. Hoehn didn't say much, but he seemed very nice also. I can't say enough about Nola, she is so sweet and has gone out of her way. I would rate the doctors and office staff a 10.
