What I am I really Doing !!!!!

This is a battle that I am going to Win!!!
Fighting bad eating habits and food choices will never go away. I know whats right
but I am not always making the best choices for me. I get up each morning and
start my daily walk at 5:30am I even work out most after noons doing Zumba or
water walking. What am I really doing. If I dont make good food choices I am
waisting time trying to meet a goal that like in the past I will not meet. My goal
is to be 140 by Dec 2. I have the tool and the will to work out to get there but
do I really want it this time. I purchased a pair of Nike work out shoes that I can
actually put a number on the back of the shoes I put the number 40 because this is
what I want to be by Dec 2 140 So now I am accountable because many have
asked me what the number is and I explain to them so I am trying to stick with
the plan. So we shall see.

Still Hanging in There

I have not been on for a few days but I have been working
it out but I took 2 days off during the 4th holiday 4 & 5.we went
up to Great Wolfe Lodge with some family and friends.
I have been walking four or five miles at 5:30am
in the morning. Plus doing Zumba in the evenings at least 5
days a week but walking atleast everyday of the
week that is my goal.
I still have a problem with my back I injuryed it so I am
really careful sitting and bending down.

Morning Walk

Well I did walk today even with my back messed up. I mean I can not tie my shoes or
put my shoes on but I am determine to get these last pounds off before Dec 2 which will
put me at my two years band date. I also did Zumba last night. I caught it but I did the
best I could with it. Tonight my plan is to do the eliptical machine and atleast 30 minutes
of zumba. I dont get off until 5:30 and the class start at 5:30 so I will get there at 6 and
get 30 minutes in if possible. I am going to Greatwolfe a vacation for the kids so after my
morning walk on Saturday morning I won't get anymore work out in until Monday

I walked 4 miles today with chelsea and hope yesterday I was only able to walk 2 miles with Chelsea
but we did do zumba with Carmen in the evening.

Progress is slow

I am still dealing with my back injury but I did xumba at the Y for 30 minutes and then
went on to the eliptical. I got to the Gym late. This morning I did 2.36 with Chelsea I could barely
do that this back is causing me to slow down. If I take the medication I will go to sleep
so I wait. My doctor told me to take it easy but don't baby it so it will get well sooner. We shall see.

What am I doing Wrong

I walked 4 miles Saturday and Sunday. I didn't do any gym work outs I had alot to do to get
my girls out fo the house and have some summer fun. Sunday I went to urgent care for
my back pain and I was shocked to find out that I had not lost of gained any weight in the
last 2 weeks I am sad. I know it's the bad carbs that are hurting me so I refuse to eat any for
ten days I am going on the carb buster diet just to see I am going to do everything I have been
doing working out but I need to get rid of these last 40 pounds and I am going to do it before my
band turns 2. I did walk by myself this morning but I only walked 2 miles I plan to do zumba this
evening.

I walked 4 miles this morning with Hope Chelsea took
the morning off to go to the water park. We had fun
even with my lower back injury. I am wont work out this
evening but I will hit it again in the morning the walk and
zumba. I got to get to 145 before Dec 2 2010.
A Sore Day But.....

I didn't feel like working out today my lower back is still pretty messed up but I did because I
have a timeline that I would like to lose these last 40 to 45 pounds. I am hoping I will be comfortable at
145 but I have to get there first and then decide. Chelsea and I walked 2.36 miles today and I did Zumba at
the Y with Carmen so tomorrow it's the 4 mile walk with hope and I am not sure if I have an evening workout
planned yet. I am going to try to get the walking in 7 days a week. I should not bother my work or church so
we shall see. I am doing me and I love it.

Chelsea and I walked 2.36 miles again this morning and we did ZUMBA this evening. I love Zumba. Today
my friend Hope joined us it was walking it was really nice. Tomorrow is walking and Zumba as well.

Well I walked again this morning with Chelsea my baby girl 2.36 miles and I did a weight lifting
class at the Y this evening boy am I sore. I am going to soak in the tub in just a few. I have been
feeling real good about myself. I only have 35 pounds to hit my goal weight of 135.
I want to meet my goal before Dec 2 I know I can do it I have come along way
I have to remind myself that often because if I look at myself now I will say the pounds are
are coming off slow but when i look at myself from Dec 2008 I say man was that
really me. I am proud of me. I have so much to do now. I am no longer hiding in the
house I am out doing what I want to do no matter what and that makes me happy.
