I can't belive it another 3 lb.s gone i am so beside myself, 222.8 !!!  

another 2 lbs. gone !!! 225.8  with shoes on !! I am so excited it's been 8 years since i've seen this number!!! 

So mover the weekend we went to the fall festival , its a beautiful festival here. I had a great time it was so nice to walk around all day and not be out of breath or exhausted !!!! I tried terriaki chicken again and no sucess , i was in the bushes within 10 min . the poor friends i went with thought we should leave that i was ill but once it came out I was redy to continue going. I guess terriaki chicken is not on my menu any more. I also bought 2 size 16 shirts today from walmart believe it!!!! wow 7.88 for a tshirt compared to lane bryant 19.99 this will work for me!!!!! I even started remodeling my main bathroom this week its goona be work but worth it , it had black wallpaper and i'm changing it  to a blue and white beach theme it should be awesome. I had a great weekend and hope you all did too !!!!   

so I decided tonite i must find a new way to celebrate . We always go out to diner to celebrate everything , so tonite for my b=day we went to a movie ( heartbreak kid, funny) and dinner . I actually ha da panic attack in the restaraunt, I wanted the plate to be gone it was not enjoyable it was like  job to eat . I used to love going out but not anymore I would have enjoyed some cottage cheese a t home a lot more . Anyone have suugestions for alternative celelbration ideas???????

Have you ever prayed to GOD to let you get out the mall without puking in the middle of it ?? Well I did. My 2 year old loves eating at the mall, so she gets a cookie I get some char broiled chicken (plain no sauce) from a asain restaurant, healthy fresh  protein, I ate way to fast and  big bites because my daughter was wanting to escape to get in the play area and that was not gonna happen !! Needless to say after 3 bites Iknew I was in trouble , my chest wanted to explode . So of course I continued to shop actually walk to the entire other end of the mall from where i was parked, then in Sears decided I should power walk to my car or barf in the mall. I opened my car door hoping to race home and instead decorated the parking lot and a grocery bag. I was mortified!!!!! Got home did it twice more, feel great now. How will I learn !!!I must stop and eat slow and small bites no more rushing!!!!

So I made cod fish for my dinner, and it tasted great but I think I had one bite too much I felt like my chest was gonna burst for about 1/2 an hour .i finally let my self throw up and immediately felt great and went to the gym !! i guess I need to get to know when my pouch is full before I feel pain. It has happened before but not like this , it was also a new food for me I guess I am not the fish cook !!!!

I have officially lost 26.5 lbs.  My current weight is 238 how exciting I hope to be in oneder land by Christmas I think it's doable. They said I can have fruit and soft veggies now so I can get some variety and the nurse said Wendy's chili is a perfect protein option and good carbs so I can still go out with my kids  !!!!!

I did some upper body weight s at the gym today it felt good to feel a little burn.The gym scale says 238 I hope it is correct or a least close i will find out my weight on thursday at the Dr. I am excited to get on the scale seems wrong huh !!!!! Who would have thought I would be excited to get ON a Scale.

Today I discovered I could cross my legs, it's been many years but it felt great hooray for me. I went shopping yesterday and bought some size 18 pants from Mervyns, not Lane Bryant and a 16/18 shirt from Target that was a first. I t was a good weekend !!!!! my happy dance
