The holidays start !!

I had family over today for lunch ,then a b-day party for a church friend. I ate cake there it was abit scary I felt I ate a good amount but no dumping we will see. December isn't here yet and my calendar is double booked with events every weekend 2 of which I am throwing. trying not to get overwhelmed with stuff,mostly food plannig for my Christmas party I think I am going to make a turkey chili and an ,appetizer bar so I can eat also why make food for your party that you can't eat? Hope I lost some lbs. these 4 days we will see tommorrow.

Hope all had a great turkey day , I did probably the best in years , I tried almost everything 1 bite even the deserts I tried 2, banana cream pie had about 4 bites and a nasty sugar reduced apple pie they bought for me , Tried it cause I felt obligated but it was gross!!! All in all it was a great day!!!

It seems like there isn't enough time for stuff, the holidays are coming quick ! I have lost 3 more lbs. at 211 today mini goal under 200 by Christmas , I think I can do it.

We went to Disneyland yesterday and here are a few new pics !!! I think I must have walked off a couple of pounds, not to many good protein choices available there thank goodness I took a protein bar.

I wore my hubbies t-shirt to the gym today and it was roomy !!!! Down one more lb. at 217 today. I bought a digital camera yesterday so new pics should be coming soon ,it's a great way for me to see i'm losing weight ,sometimes i even think the new clothes I buy are just really big size 16/18's. I figure it must be a mistake that I fit in them. I guess it'll take some time for my mind to realize I am losing and looking better.

I did it !!!! 218 I can't belive i'm in the teens already, you know the next goal single diigts after the 2. I added some new 8 weeek post op pics also. I feel great!!!

We went to our church tonite for a halloween alternative festival, kids play games for candy and toys ,had fun. I saw a friend who had wls in may 06 , I walked past her 2 times before calling out her name in unbelief .I haven't seen her in about a year and if she were on the street i wouldn't have recognized her, It gave me such a sense of excitement , what a difference a year makes can't wait !!!!!! Just got home from my 2 boys b-day party at Funland been there sinc 4 p.m. 5 hours , and I have a head ache. Track 11 little boys for 5 hours in a loud and strobe light place and see what happens!! i did good though tiny taste of a brownie and I ate all the sausage off two slices of pizza and some cheese all in all I did well. It was fun and i'm glad it's done. 
In 2 weeks it's my daughters 2nd b-day , we're going to Disneyland !!!better keep up at the gym i'm gonna need my endurance!!!!
