Wow that passed quick. Still not where I want to be as far as weight lose. .just booked an appointment for a revision consult. I have gained about 35 lbs back and is very scary. . Want to see if my pouch is stretched or just bad eating habits crepe back in

Well I haven't posted on here in like forever but this news was so exciting I had to tell EVERYONE!!!!
I went to Kaiser plastic surgeon today to see about getting my extra skin removed from my abdomen and HE SAID YES!!!!!
I have to loose the 28 (ouch) pounds I have gained back over the last 2.5 years and then I can get it done . My BMI has to be 30 and i'm at 33 so I am going to do it . If I do this right I can look Hot by my 40th birthday!!!!!!!!
DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS and if you have kaiser so cal. ask for a referal to plastics if your over 18 months post op.

well a lot has happened ina year including regaining almost 30pounds and feeling like crap!!!! I thought ther was no way I would regain any weight but some how it happened and now I have to fight to get back to where I was.. Don't think it won't happen to you , just pray that it doesn't. I will get back where i was . Ineed to be on here moer and share experiences with you all. This will have to be my accountability.

Not too much happening here still trying to lose some more weight . I cut off a lot of my hair and my daughters and I love it! Also bought a short sweater dress and knee high boots see my new pic !

1 Year check up today

I had my 1 year check up today and all went fine . Dr. Korman said I could try to loose another 9 pounds in the next 6 months but it will be harder than in the begining. They also told me of a PS who takes medicare and I may be able to get PS covered if I have skin problems due o excess tissue which I have constantly so will update more as I find out info . I have lost 68% of my excess body weight which is slightly above the norm , but I still want to go for 145 I know it is possible with time and God.

So I rejoined the gym today I had to make a 15 month commitment to get the best rate $2 a day for 5 days a week with 2.5 hours of free daycare for 3 kids not bad it's 40 a month no other fees. I figured I stalled after stopping the gym and my dh brought it to my attention so i went back, at the lose of my daughters pre school , it was only 2 hours a week for$125 for 10 weeks. Here she in a class up to 2.5 hours a day 5x a week , better deal for her and she liked it last time . So hopefully my next update will be to report a smaller #!

The wedding was on Saturday and we had a great time. I felt very beautiful in my gown . The day was perfectless the drunkeness at the end ( not me). I danced all night and had a great time. I posted a picture of us
