I am in insurance hell. Aetna requested proof from my PCP of an exercise and diet program within the last two years, which was provided to them on Monday. I can't stand waiting anymore even though it's only Tuesday. They have had my paperwork for two weeks. I wish all insurance review personnel could live in our shoes for just a few days. They would make their decisions a little faster if they had. But I am keeping the faith...good things are worth waiting for. I am looking forward to the next support group meeting on July 15. I hope to have good news by then.
