10 weeks and MAN has it slowed down! I only lost 1 lb this week and 3.5 inches for a total of 40.5 lbs and 61.5 inches. I only exercised 3 days this past week and I didn't do any better on my water. I don't think I'm going to have much moer time for the exercise this week than I did last... in fact I'll have less time. I will probably only be able to exericse on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Well, ok, I'll have a little more time than I thought. I don't have any excuse for not getting the water in though. Ok... new goal for the week. Drink 40 oz of water a day. and 4 days of exercise. I need to get some hand weights at home too, since I exercise on the treadmill at home.
