Week 35.. I lost the 1/2 lb that I gained last week. So you can say that the plateau is still in effect. However, I did lose 1.5" this week... and off of the waist, belly, hips, and thighs. So I'm rather please with that. I have something else very excited to report. I bought a size 12 pair of capris!! I didn't officially exercise this past week, although I did swim quite a bit. I think I need to change the way I think about exercise. I seem to only think that it's exercise if I don't like doing it. Although, let's face it... does anyone think that playing water volleyball with friends is exercise. If anyone's out there... what do you think? If that counts then, I did exercise a couple of times last week. I'd still like to get back to training for the 5k that I'd like to RUN in September. I think that it would be a great accomplishment for me if I was able to run that far. I need to work on my water intake more as well. Hope everyone has a great week!
