The chocolate mint bar is chewy and decadent. Way back when I originally posted about this, I was just doing Atkins waiting for surgery. The bars at that time had ephedra in them, but since it has been banned, I don't know if they are going to continue making the bars or not. I found no benefit in having the ephedra anyway, so if they still are around, they are a yummy source of protein and worth a try.

I didn't feel good when i tried it.The product made me feel repulsive to be quite honest with you.

My labs have been excellent since I began taking this. As an early post op I had to take them with a hot drink, but my stomach tolerates pills/capsules (these are capsules) just fine now.

Viacost.com is terrific to deal with. I strongly recommend them.

Tasteless powder. It has 30 grams of protein and you just add it to your own mix that you create.

I love this stuff! it mixes instantly with water and is creamy and tasty, it's the only thing I have found that I can drink
