I really like the taste of these because they remind me so much of the Sweet Tarts I ate when I was a kid. I nibble on a couple of them in the morning and the other two in the afternoon or evening.

This is so easy to take because its a chewable and tastes great. Best of all, its CALCIUM CITRATE. I find that I am much more dilligent at taking my calcium with this product.

I find this powder mixes the best and you do not get as much gritty taste like some of the others I tried to mix myself. Makes excellent smothies in the blender with 30 grams or more protien.

After bariatric surgery do you really want anything containing ephedra? There are many other excellent products that do not have a warning label on it about ephedra consumption. How many of you have used or are using metabolife containing ephedra? You don't need any of that stuff for the new you.

I'm using this pre-op. Trying to stay healthy before surgery. I picked this liquid over Centrum because it doesn't contain IRON. I don't think the product is suitable post-op because it has 10 grams of sugar in it. Which is alot, it is fructose not sucrose. You wouldn't think it had that much sweetener because the taste of it isn't that good. You can purchase at http://vitacost.com or drugstore.com.. probably at GNC.

Great product! I've emailed drugstore.com asking them to carry it because I order alot from them. They emailed me back said they would look into it... I hope they end up carrying it. Otherwise TwinLab products can be purchased at most Health Food Stores and I believe GNC carries them also; Also http://vitacost.com on the web carries them.

I purchased a bottle as a pre-op and found that they were easily tolerated than what I am taking now which is Citracal but I just couldn't handle the sweetness of the wafers. I would recommend them as they are tasty, just too sweet.

Tastes like cough medicine. I don't like any of the protein powders or drinks so this is the only way I can get extra protein. I find it much easier to take 2 tablespoons 3 times a day than to try to choke down two 8 ounce protein shakes (which I could never manage to do anyway). So, I get my protein in quickly and fairly easily.

Mmmm. Calcium Citrate. These wafers are one of the highlights of my day. They taste like CANDY to me. The daily dose is 4 wafers - so thats like four good sized sweet tarts EVERYDAY! Other people reviewed these as nasty but I dig them alot. They aren't too sour for me and they are priced very reasonably on the website I bought them from. If you spend $50 or more, you get free shipping, so it's a good value. I can not swallow those huge Calcium Citrate pills I bought from my surgeon, so these work out great. Plus they keep my mouth busy and satisfy my need to 'chomp' on something. I highly recommend these chewables.
