This one is the only one I can tolerate. I add 2 tbls of s/f chocolate pudding to it and blend it with a little ice. It's really good.

Expensive, but great way to get fluids and protein in.

I purchased the Tropical Multi pack. It is the best protien drink I have tried. Great Value.

it's not too bad at all.. kinda like a wattery Gatoraid ( and you can mix it with Crystal Light or other stuff and make it sweeter )

I know first day at home, this is going back though. I had it for the evening meal and it taste and smells like baby formula to me. Stomack bubbled and gurgled quite a bit after wards, Think I gonna try something less "shake like" maybe a drink of some kind These are just to thick. blech.

refreshing change from shakes

looks like Crystal light but has a milky taste. really not bad at all, conveniently premixed, best icy cold.

I do not like protein powders at all. But I mix 2 scoops with 6 oz of water and 2-3 tsp of sf/ff chocolate pudding mix and blend until smooth. It mixes well and is not gritty. Then pour over ice and shake with ice. I don't like to mix ice in the blender because I don't like that thick texture and it increases the volume a lot. I just like it real cold. It really is good this way. I bought is from GNC because you can return it if you don't like it. Next time I will order it online. It is cheaper.

This is a great protein powder that you can travel with. Bring along a pre-measured scoop and shake it with about 4 oz of water...it mixes very well. Using just one scoop (provided in the container) you get 25g Protein, 1.5g carbohydrate, no sugar and 105 calories! Great taste too!
