Grape and Orange are the best flavors. Alpine punch leaves too much of a protein aftertaste.

At this price it is very expensive. I have found a website where it is $31.00.
I would give it a much higher review at that price.

But if you join the GNC club by at the beginning of the month & it is 20% off. I only tried one other protein & I love this one....I won't buy any other..

The taste is better than the powdered mixes.

Struggled with lack of Protein (weakness, light headed) I couldn't hack the shakes and this is an excellent alternative. Similar to a Gatorade drink or a Crystal Light beverage. Checked with the doctor and nutritionist and they both approved!

I buy this add a bannana. Its great. 50g protien per drink. It's a thin consistancy. I like the strawberry the best.

I like to drink it but one bottle is a serving and one serving after tax costs me $3.54, since its like koolade I cant use it as a meal replacement so I wind up drinking it slowly all day to justify it. It is 40 grams of protein though, an easy 40 is always good

This is a good way to get your protein in. I would recomend the Vanila flavor so you can mix your own ingredients to flavor it as you like. I tried the strawberry and returned it for Vanilla.
It is much better very cold.
You can purchase on line for much less.
I wanted to try it through GNC as they let you return it if you dont like the taste.

Too thick, couldn't gag it down.

I mix 10oz 1%Milk with 1 scoop of powder instead of pkg directions. I like it best that way I get 35 grams of protein with my custom mix.
