This is wonderful. It says to mix 2 scoops with water, but Imix 1 scoop with milk and my CIBM and drink two of these a day. It is wonderful!! For a change, once in a while, I add a scoop of byrers sugar free ice cream to it, it is out of this world! It must work, I am 2 months out and have not had any problem with the loss of hair.

There are at least four flavors to choose from. This is a Juice type protein drink - some taste like gatorade and they contain 40gms of protein per bottle.

I have found if ya heat the water for 30seconds.. just warm.. you can almost pretend that its hot coco..and its the only one i have found that i can stand as of yet.. but i did order samples from vitalady.. waiting on them..

I like the vanilla flavor. I tried the chocolate and it tastes terrible. I use the vanilla and add sugar free hot chocolate mix to it.

I've tried several and this taste so good. Maybe its a no-no, but I love mixing it with Vanilla Milk and it comes out tasting just like a McDonald's Milk shake. Not to mention, no carbs and 50 grams of protein!!!

Mixes thinly, no chalky texture. Best "chocolate" taste yet. Mixing with cold bottled water reduces "foam"!

Grape Frost, good taste if you can stand the protein smell of it. To expensive for me though.

Great way to get your protein in if you can get past the taste. I mixed it with everything I could think of. eg.yogurt, frozen fruit, juices, etc. It was grainy and chalky to me and I just could not use it. Had to throw the entire jug out!!!

IMO, this is one of the better chocolate flavored protien drinks out there. I added just a little s/f instant pudding powder, and it was *almost* enjoyable. As an added bonus, it really does smell almost like chocolate.
