Had a hint of coconut taste and the product DID NOT foam up too much when mixing. The salesclerk did tell me that since its whey protein, that its better to take small servings several times a day - rather than one larger one.

I drank one glass per day for about a month. When I told the nurse that I was drinking it everyday...she advised me to stop due to the caloric intake.
It took some time getting use to it.
I was glad they asked me to stop drinking it. :-)

Mix with Raspberry Crystal Lite and ice it down! Or freeze it into ice cubes and add to Crystal Lite. Great source of protein with good taste!

Best if mixed with skim milk. Just make sure you shake it up good. I put it in a container that holds 24 oz and shake it in that.

I DILUTE IT 1/2 AND 1/2 WITH WATER, MAKES IT TASTE LIKE KOOL-AIDE.

I DRINK 1/2 OF BOTTLE A DAY FOR 20 EXTRA GRAMS OF PROTIEN. IF I DON'T DILUTE IT, IT IS TOO SWEET. YUK.

I rated this as EXCELLENT based mostly on convienience. Its premixed, premeasured, doesnt seperate and is bottled. I can sip it all day and not worry about it at all. I can grab a bottle and get in the car and go to work or go shopping and not have to worry about it!

Tastes like chocolate milk and mixes easily w/ a spoon. Isn't chalky or too thick which makes it a pleasant change for me.

I later saw & bought the exact same size jug from the vitalady.com web site for $39.99. I'll never buy from GNC again.
I've started drinking the shake pre-op. I really like it. I pre-pour the measured amount into water bottles and then just get water when I want to drink it... shake shake shake...... there it is! Enjoy!!! I vote 8/10

Tastes pretty good. A little expensive, but a nice treat sometimes.

I purchased a box that had a variety of flavors in it. I tried the chocolate, orange and chocolate peanut butter. They were horrible. I couldn't swallow it. My chocolate lab, however, loved it and has a very shiny coat now!
