terrific flavors, and 40 grams of protein in a 20 oz bottle! Gives just a bit of aftertaste on the tongue, but makes it very easy to get in your protein by drinking what tastes like Kool Aid. I highly recommend it!

I really hate "chalky" protein drinks, and this one is so good. I got it after checking reviews on this site and it really is great. I have found ways to "spice" it up by adding peanut butter or a banana. Mix it in a blender and you can't even tell it is a protein drink. A+

Some flavors are better than others, but some really are very good. Much like a Kool-Aid type drink, which is perfect if you are lactose intolerant, or just do not like shakes. No nutritional value other than protien and potassium, but great add-on to your daily protien count.

This protein su[[lement is great! It dissolves in water with no extra chalky taste. There is no sugar or carbs in this mix. Plus you get about 50 grams of protein per serving. Now please note that your body can only digest about 35 grams at a time, so you don't even have to use that much in one sitting. The vanilla is good if you like adding juices for mixing; and the strawberry is good for everyday use.

Zero Carb Grape Freeze, OK! Not good, not nasty. Doable. I don't like the shakes and prefer something that is like "crystal light"...While this is nothing something I would drink by choice, it is drinkable and I don't gagg. If it helps with the wieght loss, who cares. Personally its better than EAS, Real Meals or Adkins. Has 160cals, 20oz, 40g of Protein, 2carbs. A little to sweet tasting for me, but, one cannpt have everything!

I buy the Isopure Zero Carb in the Creamy Vanilla & mix it in skim milk. I hate most other drink mixes but am able to drink this. It is very good!

Good source of protein

I have tried so many protien shakes and they were all nasty, I am so grateful a friend told me about this product. I cut the serving in half 1 scoop powder, a dash or 2 of swiss miss sugar free hot choc. 6 slices of banana, 6oz. ice cold water....blend and pour over some ice....its really good. I have it in place of breakfast and even at half a serving it has 25 grams of protien and a little over 100 calories and only 1.5 carbs. You can get it at GNC but its cheaper on line, the shipping is the same no matter how many you get,even if you order 10 jugs its sdtill only 5.95 for the whole order. They also have a 7.5lbs jug for like 65.00. I LOVE IT!

I am not really digging the taste of theis shake, but I'm sensitive to stuff like that. I really don't like milk and I don't like the idea of whey protein and the dairy type flavor. I also get horrible bad breath all night long from this stuff.
