These bars are delicious! I have my entire office hooked on them! The Strawberry Yogurt & Lemon Yogurt are my favs but I haven't tasted any of this brand that I don't like.

It has slightly higher carbs and stuff, but it is tasty enough that I eat the whole thing. It is not overly sweet, the texture is great.

I love the Lemon Yogurt flavored bars and keep them in my purse and car for those hungry times. Of all the bars I have tried, these taste the best..none of that window putty covered in cheap chocolate taste that others have.
While the protein content isn't exactly high, they are better than many others.
