These are excellent protein bars. They are not as chewy and heavy as other ones. They have an excellent flavor.The apple cinnamon is expecially good.

These taste so much better than other things I've tried. You can dump from eating a whole one at one sitting, but I feel they're a good breakfast if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to cook eggs.

I actually have Zone Perfect protein powder. It is flavorless, but does add a bit of a brown color to things. I mix it with another protein shake, with my creamed soups, cream of wheat and with Carnation I B. One scoop is 7g of protein. Not too bad when every gram can be a struggle!!!

One bar: Protein 16g, Sugar 12g Total Fat: 7g Saturated Fat 1.5g

The fudge graham is just like eating a candy bar! I have tried other protien bars and they are chewy with a bad after taste but not these protein bars. I also like the Chocolate Peanut Butter and the Strawberry Yougart one as well. They have a chocolate mint one but since I don't care to much to mint I haven't tried it.

The best tasting bar out there. I have tasted Strawberry Yogurt, Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Graham, Chocolate Mint (hard to find in this area). The only flavor I avoid is the lemon yogurt. It tasted a bit, how should I say, chemically? NOt good, just simple that. The others are great. 16 grams of protein. I do not eat it all at once. I normally split it up through the day. Nice pick-me-up at work.

I can't find any other protein bar I can eat. This helps me get my protein in each day.

I love these bars. There's no nasty after taste and it's not chalky like most protein bars. Due to the somewhat high sugar content (13-15 grams depending on the flavor)I can usually only tolerate eating half at a time. My favorite flavors are Chocolate Graham and Peanut Butter & Chocolate. Yummy!

I have tried the chocolate graham and I feel in love! It is soooo yummy and have about 4 grams less protien than carbs but having one a few times a week would'nt hurt..helps get the extra protein in. Try it, you'll be suprised how much you will like these bars.

too high of carbs

I tried the Chocolate Mint...YUMMY!!!! However, there are many other bars out there will a lot less sugar. I will try to stay away from these if possible.
