over all the hosptial was accommodating to the need of patient and made you felt comfortable.

Highland Medical has devoted the larger part of the 3rd floor of their hospital to WLS patients. The nurses and staff are well trained and I felt they did an excellent job at providing the assistance and care a patient needs following this type of operation.

The staff was wonderful and they are well prepared to deal with overweight patients and the staff is very non- judgemental to their overweight patients.

Overall, a very positive experience. This is a small hospital. Dr. Hall probably is this hospital's biggest customer. I thought the care I received was very good. The only negative about it was the haphazard way things are left out in the hallway. The appearance of beds, cots and other things in the hall gave the impression of a less than professional place. But other than that, I found the nurses very helpful, professional in their demeanor, and courteous to the sensitivities of overweight people.

I felt very confident in the abilities of the hospital staff. Everyone was very kind and attentive.
