I just returned from Disney during which I celebrated my 12 year anniversary, my 41 birthday and my 7 month rebirth. It was the best vacation of my life. I ate healthy all week and it didn't bother me one bit to not indulge in the junk. I was proud and happy to turn my head at it. I walked for miles without stopping. I was never out of breath and I had tons of energy. Nothing much has changed with the exception that my weight loss is beginning to slow down. I knew that would happen, so I'm not bothered by it. I have my next check up on Oct 20, so I will update then. Much love and blessings to all....Starting weight 363
