One month

Wow, what a difference a month makes. Since my surgery I am down 26lbs, for a total of 48lbs. I have my ups and downs trying to figure out what I can and cannot eat. Everything is trial and error. Basically I stick with what I know will work. Cottage cheese, egg beaters, tuna and yogurt. For a sweet snack I have sugar free ice pops. I've tried some weight watchers thin sliced wheat bread. I can handle it if I take small bites and chew chew chew. Meats are pretty much out. I've tried and it's not a pretty outcome. I tried a tomato and that didn't work either. Oh well. My mood is much better, I'm feeling a little more positive. The one thing I am so happy about is I'm never hungry. It's amazing how that works. I used to be starving all the time, now I couldn't care less about food. Sure hope it stays this way!Beginning of process weight 363
