I have lost almost 80 lbs and feel so much better but I still have a long way too go. All I can say is hang in there to those that havent had the surgery yet.

had my first adjustment today to my band. it is so hard to adjust your eating habits. but i am hanging in there. my advice to anyone else...it is all worth it just hang in there.

had my lapband on 11/4/2011 it was successful and i feel good just a little sore. now for the rest of my journey to begin. it is gonna be exciting. and hard but i know i can do it i have been wanting this for a very long time. I have a lot of support behind me and a lot to look forward too. I cant wait till thanksgiving next year. and new years for that little black dress :). SO NOW THE REAL JOURNEY BEGINS.

Finally got the medicaid issue straightened out so now i can have my surgery. yayyy!!!! Back on the liquid diet i go:( oh well everything is for the best. thats what i have to keep telling myself everyday. hopefully will have surgery on monday after next. at least by the first of november.

went to my appointment today and i am 2lbs away from my goasl but i am going to start the liquid diet on manday and my surgery is scheduled for October the 4th. This is just before my birthday, what an awesome present! anyway now they new journey begins.

I HAVE FINALLY REACHED MY GOAL WEIGHT AND NOW THE JOURNEY GOES ONTO THE SURGERY PART. I CANT WAIT T FINALLY HAVE MY PROCEDURE DONE AND START N A NEW CHAPTER IN THIS STORY.

Oh My GOD I am on the 40 carb diet and i find it a little distressing. itas not that bad but it is hard to watch everything you eat especially when you have a family and you have to feed everybody. But i look at it as a long term goal to a better life after surgery. ill be blogging again soon so until then i wish all my friends a long, happy and healthy journey.

I havent bloggecd in a while. kinda lost track but now it is getting closer to my surgery date and i really am excited. i have only two more months to go. hopefully i will be able to do it in september. ive almost lost all my weight except for 6 lbs. but i am getting there.amyway hope someone actually reads these.

went for my endoscopy yesterday and all the test. Oh my god i am so tired and sore. It was all day with nothing to eat or drink. and then they gave me juice and crackers. and i still cant eat right. and its been 24 hours since i had it done. i look at this as a bump in the road that i got over and now all i have to do is my apponitments with dr carcamo,nutrition and pt and its done 3 more months until i can have my surgery. august should be the month. well thats all for now until next time.
