My weight loss so far -
I have lost almost 80 lbs and feel so much better but I still have a long way too go. All I can say is hang in there to those that havent had the surgery yet.

adjustments - had my first adjustment today to my band. it is so hard to adjust your eating habits. but i am hanging in there. my advice to anyone else...it is all worth it just hang in there.
