Walked a little this morning and again about an hour 2 later..pain meds make me sleepy, though i only have a little in my shoulders and tummy of course..i feel like im walking in the shape of the number 7!!! No matter what i eat or drink im in fear it will come back up..and my stomach hurts to bad to be trying to vomit..one more day till i can get IN the shower...lets just say..hmmm 2nd day is worse than than the actual band date to me! I have been in bed outta bed sitting up in bed outta bed walking...feeling coo coo

Went in this morning 6am.out 1030 sharp im home..been outside getting sun rays..im up eating popsicles, posting on facebook,nothing stuck so far...they sent me home with a pic of the band in there..needless to say my insides look yuck...but i saw it with my own 2 eyes...one incision..and one tiny hole...a little shoulder pain gas i guess..but im ok...made it through YAY!! OK WHAT CAN I EAT..NO MORE LIQUID!

I have lost a total off 11 pounds as of day 8 on my liquid diet..i have on a pair of old slacks already!!!!

one week from today..i will be on my way to a promised new me, i know im definitley going to be what I MAKE ME!!!!..Guess who's ready to go to ONDERLAND....im so excited!!! packing right now!!!
