~*~*~*~*~*Emergency Angel Duty!!!!! ~*~*~*~*~* My dear friend, Ottimus , has suffered a heart attack. David is currently in the hospital in Johnson City, TN awaiting a heart cath to be run in the morning. They have him on high dosages of blood thinners, high enough that his nose and mouth are bleeding. The cardiologist spoke with David at length about his condition. The doctor has reassured David that this procedure is a safe and he (doctor) is not concerned about any further complications stemming from the test. The doctor went as far to say that he does not expect to find any problems in David's heart, but only the cath will determine actually what has/is going on. David is in very good spirits and was laughing and joking with me on the phone. I told him he would do anything to get out of our next date!! ROFLOL.....please pray for him....he is an awesome guy and a true sweetheart!!! I will update tomorrow as soon as I hear from his mom. Oh, BTW...David said to tell everyone that he broke his plataue...he is down -163# since his open RNY on Oct. 8th!!! What a way to break thru there Sweetie!!!! :o) Hang in there Baby!!! you will do just fine!!!! I am praying for you! Love ya!!! Lightening Bug!!!!

David aka Ottimus in chatroom had a heart attack today please keep him in your prayers . I dont have alot of details yet because i just found out i heard they will run more tests on him tomorrow. Please sign his page and send him prayers. He is at Johnson City Medical Center in TN .

I have just spoken to David. They DID NOT open him back up. They have decided that packing the wound will be sufficient. He is planning to go home tomorrow. He says to tell all that he misses you and thanks for your prayers. Lightening Bug :o)

ANGEL REPORT *~*~*~*~*I spoke with David this morning and the doctors are trying to decide whether David needs a second surgery to repair some damaged tissue. David does not want to have to endure another surgery and he was waiting to hear from the main doctor in this group. Please pray for David's physical needs and he is also concerned for his grandmother. I will update as soon as I know what is going to happen. Lightening Bug
