" I like Dr. Bernstein alot. Before surgery she sent me a link to an informational video to watch. Durimg the video, I was given the opportunity to stop and type any questions that I might have had. I did have alot. Those questions were sent to her and she brought the list to my first consult and went over each question. That was great!! For some reason I get very nervous and usually forget what I plan to say when I go see a doctor. This was the best part - to get the chance to really address my concerns. The staff is great - very helpful!! Aftercare could be a bit more specific. I don't get to go to the support groups (I live 2 hours away), so maybe that is where people get more instruction.rnOVERALL - VERY PLEASED!! "
