WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE LOST THAT MUCH WEIGHT????? NOT ME!! THANK GOD FOR KEEPING ME DURING THIS PROCESS, IM STILL LOSING BUT TRYING TO SLOW DOWN, THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAE EVER MADE!! 

Hello to all!! i have a few questions, i had gastric bypass feb 25th....so this month i had to have emergency gall bladder removal; nowwwwwww im having lower abdomen & back pain...lower..upper back and sharp pain on my right side :( called the surgeon and he says come in for  bloodwork and urinalysis...seems to think a kidney infection....

My question is are kidney infections common after gallbladder removal??? suppose to return to work monday....oh well dont look like its going to happen:(

Im having muscle spasms & i was told by my surgeon not to take flexairil....WHY NOT??? im in PAIN .....IN MY NECK AND SHOULDER AREA BOTH SIDES...WHAT CAN I DO?

Well today i learned the hard way....i ate some watermelon and i think i ate too much, im going right back to the strict dr diet!!!!  I LOVED WATERMELON, what am i going to do this summer...

Hello all, today was the first time i looked forwarded to getting on a scale...and to my surprise im 344 now...so my surgery was 12 days ago and ive lost 17lbs!!!!! im soo excited! 

My first post op visit is tomorrow, i am anxious to find out how much i've lost...how much did you lose on your first 2weeks??

 Hello OH family....im feeling great and seeing a difference already...but at times i find myself crying, and second guessing my decision...im having a hard time with adjusting to the diet only soft foods and then retraining my brain to only eat 4-6 bites and being full...but the DEPRESSION IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE...Have any of you experienced that?

today im post op day 4....things are going ok...im eating soft foods now...walking and making the protein shakes that i thought were going to be so horrible by the way!!!!

im taking it easy...kinda scared to eat anything because i dont know what is ok and whats not...

but....im feeling great :) 

Good morning....im getting dressed to go to my presurgery appt, not sure what it is about other than blood work & seeing the surgeon.....im soooooooooooo excited about my surgery in two days on friday...I CANT WAIT, IM READY FOR THE NEW ME! 

GOD I THANK YOU!! MY SURGERY IS 2WEEKS AWAY FROM TODAY...WHAT ARE SOME POINTERS THAT YOU CAN GIVE ME WHEN U WERE TWO WEEKS AWAY??
