Fell off wagon

I have gained back 30 of the 200 pounds I released over the last 10 months.  I have not been watching what I eat or working out.   I have been beating myself up about it and getting so upset when I  get on the scale and I have not lost anything.  I recently got a membership to a new gym and plan to workout three times a week.  Does anybody have any suggestions on how to cut the hunger feeling I constantly have?
