Hi Keith, I want to wish you the best on your WLS. I am officially 3 months post-op as of yesterday (7/9/01) and I'm down 58 lbs. I have never felt BETTER !! Whenever people ask me I go on and on and on about what a life-saver this surgery is. Stay POSITIVE, don't let negative thoughts invade your mind and always remember that this is for YOU, for YOUR life!! Estela in Texas
