I MADE IT!!!! Everything went well... I did have a few complications, I was stuck to my abdominal wall and that took Dr. Slotman an extra hour, but I'm all done! Pain isn't too bad, just feel like I did a trillion sit-ups. I got home late yesterday. Hospital stay was great... don't know whose butt I kissed or what I did right, but I had a private room! Poor Joyce who also had surgery the same day had a horrible room mate. I brought the nurses valentine cupcakes, but my dad said I was already in the room before he brought them, but I like to think bribing helped! I recommend keeping the nurses as happy as possible! The nurses were really surprised I had such a great attitude, but shit...I was just happy to have made it that far! If I could've danced I would have! Drugs are nice, but since I have to crush everything, I'm trying not to use them. Well... gotta go! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers...they really helped!!
