Just wanted to let you know, my dear angel (Clare is my angel for my surgery and she is the best!), I have been thinking about you and am sending you lots of prayers, warm hugs and positive thoughts on your special day. Caire...I wish you the best...I am nearly one year post...down 100.5 pounds and feel so happy that I made the choice to do wls...remember durning the hard time..the goal is great...hang tuff...and know it gets better soon...take care, go fight win...sj
