Well, I should hear something tomorrow about my date. I can hardly wait. I want this done ASAP and I want to start my new life!!! Please say a prayer for me. I am praying for strength and patience.

Well, I called Dr Felix's office today. Just checking on how things are going. Casey told me that I have been approved but I still don't have a date yet...because Jan talked to my regular doctor (Dr Day) and she hasn't put my chart back yet. She said that my surgery will be the end of Oct or the first of Nov. I juat want to get this going. I ended up in the ER yesterday for a migraine. I hope that they find anothr med I can take VERY SOON...for these headaches. Not sure if I put on here that I gave my notice at work. I am going to work for myself so I will be able to work from home. This is much better than working everynight until 8:00pm. I will let you know when I get my date.

Aug.25, 2002...Well I am not a happy camper. I found out last Thursday that Dr Felix will not do my surgery as long as I am on one of my meds. Ok, no problem...I weaned myself off of it 5 days. I went in to talk to my regular doctor today and asked him to fax that info to Dr Felix's office. I gave all the info to the nurse and she said that he was supposed to be in at 1:00. GREAT!!! I called back at 4:45, and "he has been too busy to fax anything today" GRRRRRRR "He 'MAY' get to it tomorrow. COME ON!!! How long does a quick fax take anyway? His nurse could have done it. We are a military family, and the drs we see are too. I KNOW that they are busy...but COME ON...I didn't ask for a 10 page report. Only a conformation that I was off the med. I am going back to his office in the morning and I will try again. I really want this done so I can get my date. (Sorry I am so angry tonight...God forgive me)
