Amy, you have done so well in your first year, it blows my mind. I am nearing my 10th month and am not close to my goal weight, though I have lost 132 pounds and I am very happy with that. I understand how you feel. Do you get your mind to accept you at the weight you are now, or do you keep on keeping on? The tool we have allows us that choice. As you said, you are not as careful a year out with what you put in your mouth and you want to be "normal". Well normal people (excuse the word) diet when they want to loose a few pounds. That is all you have to lose - a few pounds. If you are not happy yet with your weight, I would encourage you to continue. You can lose the last few pounds. Be careful with what you eat. Watch the carbs and keep on exercising. You will get there, just like any other normal person. It may take a little while longer, but you will get there. Never give up until YOU are happy with YOU. By the way, if I were your size and in a 12 I would be happy, but that is ME. You go until you get exactly what you desire. You have worked hard for this and you deserve it.

Amy - I struggle with self-sabotage. I lost from 385 down to 305, then gained back to 320! Today I'm down to 309. I've wasted a lot of time fooling around with self-sabotage. I don't have any answers, I just wanted to say I hear 'ya, and I'll be thinking of you. - Kim
