Amy~~My Plaza Friend~~Don't get upset about those 5 lbs. I understand that after surgery you gain due to retaining water!! You have done WONDERFUL--do not let this get you down. With each new day, you will be feeling much better and the weight will come off!!

Amy, don't worry about those 5 pounds! I bet by next week you will be down 7!! Take one day at a time, you walked 3/4 of a mile one day, increase it little by little until you feel like yourself.XOXOXO

You are still recovering from last Friday and once you feel better you can get back to your daily routine, but for now don't worry! You have done wonderfully!
