~~CHRISSY~~ We've got one day and a wake up, and counting!!! You're almost there hon! I'm so thrilled for you. I'm sure you're going through the normal emotions before surgery but, all I can tell you is PUT YOUR 100 PERCENT COMPLETE TRUST IN THE LORD AND HE WILL SEE YOU THROUGH! You'll be a big ol' loser before you know it! {giggle} I pray that God is with you the time before surgery to give you PEACE about your decision, COMFORT to know that everything will be fine and LOVE to know He WILL be with you every step of the way! Hi Christina, There are several things I would suggest trying for the figgity legs when trying to sleep. A warm bath right before you go to bed may help to relax you. A warm glass of milk, if you can stomache warm milk, may also help. And if that doesn't work, try one of the OTC sleeping aids. Tylenol PM should work well. It not only has the sleep aid, but the tylenol may help to calm the figgitiness of the legs themselves. Hope this helps. Robin
