WOW, I just got off the phone with Gloria's sister, the surgery is done, it only took 1 HOUR! Gloria is doing very well, Dr. Capella said the surgery went just fine and she should recover quickly. Thanks to all of you who offered Gloria your support and well wishes, if you haven't done so yet, there's still time before I print her card and take it to her in the hospital.

The "weight" is nearly over - Woooo Hooooo!! Only a few more days until you leave us pre-ops and go to the other side. May God bless you and grant wisdom to your surgical team. Save me a place on the "losing" side. LOL

So close to a new you and so many emotions! I haven't had mine yet but am hoping for this summer. My thoughts are with you before,during, and after. Keep up with the posts. They do help. With each reply you get there are 10 others you have helped or touched in some form or way. Listen to your peers and mostly your Dr. and support group. they know what you need. I'll be watching for those updated posts!
