~~Honorary Angel Report~~ Hey everyone, Jeff just got off the phone with Richie, and he did have a minor setback yesterday, but all is just fine now. Apparently there was some fluid and gas trapped in his old stomach, which they thought would pass through by itself, but did not, and was causing some fever yesterday. However, with a quick 15 minute procedure, they corrected the problem, and now Richie is back on track and feeling much better now that he's not all bloated up. Jeff and I will be visiting him this afternoon and will bring with us all the love that you fine people are sending him. Richie's a real trooper, and he's been sipping his water and Crystal Light, and feeling fine. Let's continue to send him love and support guys! :) We will update again later on today. ~^j^~ Irene

YEAH RICHIE!!! I am glad to hear you are doing so well....way to go!! Sorry we couldnt get out to see you today....things got screwed up here...and plans were changed last minute. I know you will do fine...and we will catch up with you, Jeff, Irene and Moe when you are back home and recovered. See ya soon....YOU BIG LOSER!!! ((((HUGS))))

Hey Richie, You sounded great on the phone, it sounded like you didnt even have the surgery, you are a trooper! I hope I can be as strong as you next month when it's my turn with Dr. Garber. Congratulations and get better soon!!

~^j^~ ANGEL REPORT: I Just spoke to Richie, He PASSED his Leak test!! He sounds GREAT! Since yesterday he's been doing as much walking as he can. He has to go for a follow-up set of X-rays tomorrow just to be sure everything is ok. What a trooper huh? I will speak with him again later on tonite. He wants me to THANK EVERYONE who signed his page and called to see how he's doing. He sends his love and wishes everyone a very HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!. Hopefully He will be coming home sometime this weekend. WAY TO GO RICHIE...YOU DA MAN! ~JEFF~

~~Honorary Angel Report~~ <p> Good morning AMOS! Since Jeff is busy getting ready for work, I borrowed his wings this morning and called the hospital for status on Richie. Richie's scheduled to have his leak test at 10:30 this morning, and according to the nurse in the recovery area (where he remains until he passes his leak test), he has his running shoes on and is up doing laps around the recovery area. She told me he'd just walked right out of the recovery room and took a stroll down the hall, and was doing the same last night too! Yeah Richie!!! <p> Once he's passed his leak test and they do all their other little tests, he will be moved to room 583, which will happen around 3:00pm today. I'm off from work today and will check back around that time and hopefully get SuperRichie on the phone, hehe. More updates as soon as we have them and please continue to send Richie those wonderful good wishes, we'll be printing them up to show to him as soon as we can see him :) <p> ~~Irene ~^j^~

RICHIE BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH YOU BIG LOSER TO BE!!! I am so proud and happy that you made it to the losing side with the rest of us!! Welcome to our "ELITE" club of LOSERS! Richie, I feel so blessed to hear the great news that you are doing so well! I thought about you so much today! Keep on doing well and I can't wait to be chatting to you again! I am with you in thought tonight, but on the 26th I will be going through the surgery too. You make me feel like I can really do it! Love ya, Anna :)
