Hi Sistah, I see our surgery was on the same day. This is Gwyn Nevils in Kansas City, Kansas. On my surgery date I weight in at 254. As of today (09/17/03), I have lost 40lbs. To me this seem slow, but I guess that the way my body works. I too am working out 3-4 times a week. I am using the Walk Away The Pounds Tape for a 2Mile work out. I know we have done the right thing for our life. Just keep going and it will come off. Reach up and pull down what you need from the Lord. God Bless.

Hi LaQuana, well its time to join the losers.. and dont worry it will be fine i am 4 weeks post-op and i am so happy i have lost almost 40lbs already and just remember its God who has the say so and he says do it and leave it in his hands, he will guide your doctor and everything will be fine and you will come out of this like a champ.. just have faith and believe that all will be fine and so will you... In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room,know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. I would like to thank everyone that has posted the prays and comments. I just have one more day to go and i am trying to stay focus enlite of other things that are going on around me. As the day get's closer I am getting a little more nervous. I got the call yesterday to pre registra over the phone. I am schedule to have my surgery around noon time. I have to be in the hospital about 9:30am. HERE GO NOTHING. I will tell everyone how I am doing when I get home.
