I had my surgery on June 30th, everything went great, went to the park today that was a BIG NO NO, I was so sore and wiped out when I got home alls I could do was lay in bed! Ive lost 6 lbs already so I hope Im doing something right! And lets hope I continue to do so! Hope everyone had a great 4th, thanks for everyones support on my surgery and thank you obesityhelp.com for giving me the info I needed to start a new life!
